STP Predictive Maintenance Scheduler

Turn run-hours into a servicing plan. Enter the hours each STP asset has run since its last service against its interval — and see instantly what is overdue, what is due soon, and what is still healthy, before a breakdown stops the plant.

"Due soon" triggers when an asset is within 10% of its service interval. Intervals follow typical STP O&M practice — override them to match your equipment's manuals.

How this is calculated

  • Remaining = service interval − hours run since last service.
  • Status = Overdue when remaining ≤ 0; Due soon when remaining is within 10% of the interval; otherwise OK.
  • Next item due is the asset with the smallest positive remaining life — UV / Dosing at 200 hrs.

A run-hours planner for concept scheduling. Real predictive maintenance also watches vibration, current draw, DO and effluent trends — treat these intervals as a floor, not a substitute for condition monitoring.
