How to use this checklist
- Performance — confirm inlet/outlet sampling proves the plant meets its design and discharge standards, and that claimed reuse quantities are real.
- Energy & efficiency — benchmark specific energy (kWh/m³), review aeration control and flag idle or oversized equipment.
- O&M & compliance — check logbooks, valid consents, compliant sludge disposal and site safety.
