- 1Start with the tier: Based on client brief and lifestyle, pick Essential, Functional Premium, Premium, or Luxury. This is your first filter.
- 2Apply the city range: Rates in Mumbai and Bengaluru run ~20–30% higher than Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune. Use the city table to narrow the range.
- 3Validate against scope: A full turnkey sits at ₹2,000–4,500 / sq ft — regardless of city, if the client only wants modular, pull that down to ₹900–1,800.
- 4Add contingency + GST: Always present clients a range with 8–15% contingency and 18% GST clearly stated. Use the Quick Estimator tab for this.
- 5Never present as a quote: These are planning benchmarks. The actual project cost must come from a detailed BOQ validated against drawings and site conditions.
