How to use this

  • Consents — your CTE and CTO must be valid and renewed before expiry; a lapsed consent is the most common compliance failure.
  • Performance — the treated outlet must meet discharge norms, backed by monthly test reports and flow/energy logs.
  • Reuse & Monitoring — meter reused water, run OCEMS online monitoring where required, and keep sludge-disposal records.
  • Housekeeping — a competent operator/AMC, a maintained logbook, and compliant safety signage close the loop.

Indicative self-audit for internal readiness only. Exact requirements vary by state pollution control board, plant capacity and category — confirm against your current consent conditions.
