- Service/back doors and terrace/roof access are as secure as the front
- Exits allow safe, fast escape in an emergency (egress not blocked)high impact
Lighting & sightlines
What can be seen, and what can't.
- Entries and dark corners are lit (ideally motion-triggered)
- No major blind spots where someone could hide or work unseen
- Planting/structures do not screen doors, windows or cameras
