Access-Control Schedule Generator
Time schedules decide when each access group may enter. Build a small, editable list — a name, the days it runs, and a start & end window — then copy it straight into your controller. We’ll flag the two easy mistakes: an end time before the start, and a schedule with no days ticked. Nothing is stored; it all runs in your browser.
| Name | Days | Window |
|---|---|---|
| Office hours | Mon–Fri | 09:00–18:00 |
| 24x7 Access | Every day | All day |
| Cleaning crew | Mon–Sat | 06:00–08:00 |
This generates a plan to enter into your access-control software — exact schedule and holiday features vary by system, so confirm the fields with your integrator. Schedules pair with access levels: a person’s access is their access level (who) and this time schedule (when). Most controllers also keep a holiday / exception table that overrides normal schedules on named dates — define those too. And remember: egress is always free regardless of any schedule (life-safety).
Finish the access plan
With the access matrix (who), these schedules (when) and the door schedule (where), the access plan is complete.
