Assumptions
A schematic space-planning layout — to think through adjacencies, sizes and areas. It is not a sanctioned or construction drawing. Built-up and super areas are indicative; confirm with your architect.
How it works
Add rooms from typical presets or your own sizes, then place each with a size and X/Y position (or nudge it a foot at a time). The plan redraws to scale as you go.
Every room reports its area; the schedule totals the carpet area and derives an indicative built-up and super built-up. Overlapping rooms are flagged so the layout stays honest.
Export the to-scale plan with its area schedule as a PDF for the client, or an SVG to drop into a drawing. It is a schematic planning aid — not a sanctioned or construction drawing.
