How it works
Add items from a 55-material library — plywood, laminates, hardware, countertops, flooring, glass, ceiling, paint, electrical, plumbing — each priced with a city multiplier. Every rate stays editable.
Enter a room's length, width and height and drop in the floor, wall, ceiling or skirting quantity in one tap. Add wastage per line so the numbers match what you actually buy.
See category subtotals, contingency and GST roll up to a grand total, then export a clean BOQ as PDF (for the client) or CSV (for your spreadsheet). Confirm with vendor quotes before you commit.
