steps to try

For one camera offlinea single channel has gone offline while the rest keep working. Work through these in order:

Ordered checklist (easy fixes first)
  1. 1Check that camera's PoE/power at the switch port (LED?)
  2. 2Check or swap its network cable & connector
  3. 3Try the camera on a known-good switch port
  4. 4Check for an IP conflict (a duplicate address)
  5. 5Reboot the camera
  6. 6Re-add / re-scan the channel on the NVR
If it recurs, LOG it and get the installer/AMC to check — a camera offline is a blind spot in your coverage.

Indicative self-help troubleshooting only — do not touch mains wiring yourself. If a step needs work on power circuits, or the fault recurs, stop and get a qualified installer or your AMC to check it. Verify anything you are unsure of with a professional.
