Flooring Quote Comparison

Flooring Quote Comparison Calculator

Three vendors, three quotes, three ways of hiding the real number. Enter each quote's rates and we normalise them to a true all-in ₹/sq ft — material, adhesive, laying, skirting, grouting, transport and GST — then rank cheapest to dearest. Indicative India 2026.

Project area

Per-sq-ft rates are multiplied by this area; transport & loading is a lump sum spread across it. Turn off a column to compare just two quotes.

Where the money goes (stacked)

All figures GST-normalised to a true all-in basis. Indicative — confirm each quote in writing.

Compare like-for-like. The cheapest number only wins if the quotes specify the same brand, model, grade, size, finish and thickness. A ₹62 "vitrified" tile and a ₹78 double-charged tile are not the same product. Also confirm wastage allowance, calibre and shade/lot, breakage policy, warranty, ISI/BIS mark and a GST invoice before you sign. This tool normalises the maths, not the material.
