How this is estimated
- Carbon is cradle-to-gate (modules A1–A3) per m² of door leaf, scaled to your opening size and quantity. Use, transport, fitting and end-of-life are excluded.
- Figures are order-of-magnitude estimates from generic material ranges — they are indicative only and not a substitute for a manufacturer's product EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) or a green-building / LCA consultant.
- Biogenic carbon in timber is reported separately and only counts as a climate benefit with sustainable sourcing (FSC/PEFC) and a long, non-combustion end of life.
