A traditional Indo-Portuguese Goan house on a 40x60 Margao plot, fronted by a covered balcao porch with built-in masonry seats and topped by a sloped tile roof. The thick lime-washed walls, decorative window mouldings and oyster-shell window panes are pure Goan heritage, well-suited to the humid coast and heavy monsoon. Deep eaves and the shaded balcao keep rain and sun off the front. The earthy render with ivory trim recalls Goa's signature heritage colour palette. You can switch finishes to compare looks before deciding.
