What it's made of
  • gypsum board on GI frame
  • peripheral POP cove
  • concealed warm LED strip
  • recessed COB spotlights

A peripheral cove runs a recessed channel around the room edge and hides a warm LED strip that washes the slab with a soft glow, the default choice for Indian drawing rooms and 2BHK living rooms. The dropped border also conceals AC ducting and wiring along the walls while keeping the centre slab intact, so you lose very little height. Switch the cove to a festival-warm tone during Diwali and a cooler everyday white the rest of the year. You can switch finishes to compare looks before deciding.
